US MT: Ban On Medical Pot Storefronts Won't Be Enforced

The Billings Gazette, 06 Jul 2011 – The day after the Billings City Council adopted an emergency ordinance banning storefront sales of medical marijuana, city officials decided not to move too quickly to enforce the ban.
