Chico Enterprise-Record, 12 Aug 2011 – Our view: We think the average voter will favor restrictions on the number of marijuana plants a landowner can grow. Butte County supervisors handed over their biggest headache in the past few years to voters, but that’s OK. An issue as important as how much marijuana should be allowed to grow in neighborhoods belongs in the hands of the voters.
