Record Searchlight, 23 Aug 2011 – After a recent helicopter ride over Shasta County showed him how many residents are likely growing pot illegally, a county supervisor said he and fellow supervisors need to be wary when reconsidering a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries later this year.
